For iced tea, brew strong, let cool, strain over ice. For greater health benefit, steep at least twice. Drink 2 - 6 cups per day for three weeks, take a week off; repeat. (The week off is a general guideline from Russian researchers, to maintain potency of effects on the body.)

ANTIVIRAL NOTE: Pertinent to the current corona virus pandemic, this formula contains five clinically proven antiviral herbs - Dandelion, Eleuthero, Licorice, Cinnamon and Ginger!

Health Benefits: Like the Daily Balance formula, our Anti-inflammatory Chai is also formulated to benefit the over all balance and healthy functioning for your body's vital systems including adrenal, sexual/reproductive, digestive, respiratory, circulatory, immune and cognitive).

Additionally as the name states, it is especially chock-full of powerful anti-inflammatory herbs; some famous as the Turmeric/Black pepper combination, as well as less well known power-house herbs like the adaptogenic Wild Yam root (Dioscorea villosa), whose combination with Licorice is touted by master herbalist David Hoffman as some of the strongest anti-inflammatory herbs available. That same combination of Wild Yam and Licorice are also noted for their anti-spasmodic properties, aiding women's menstrual cramps and menopausal symptoms.

The anti-inflammatory benefits are further enhanced by adding milk, cream, coconut oil, ghee or another favorite fat that stirs well into chai.
