Flavor Profile: While the Four Seasons oolong cultivar is generally grown at lower elevations and harvested year round, ours comes from a unique garden way up in the high mountains of Fujian, where the tea is only harvested twice a year, but whose leaves carry all the more potent flavor and health benefits. It is lightly oxidized & mildly roasted, to yield a sweet floral flavor with hint of grass and buttered popcorn; a smooth, full body and a color reminiscent of golden jade.
