Small, stainless steel strainer with short handle
1. Load brew-pot (or any vessel that takes heat and pours well) with loose, dry tea leaves and/or herbal formula.
2. Steep as long as directed.
3. Hold hand strainer over drinking cup or decanting pitcher.
4. Pour steeped tea through hand strainer into the drinking cup or decanting pitcher.
(You will see the loose tea matter caught by the strainer;
either return it to the brew-pot for another infusion or discard plant matter in compost.)
